UK House Prices Drop in July 2010 Due to Shortage of Buyers

London England – Thursday, July 29, 2010 – ShutterVoice – House prices dropped in the United Kingdom in July due to a shortage of buyers.

This drop in prices is the second in 2010 as prices dropped before in February. This volatility will not give confidence to buyers as they will not be able to see a consistency in the house market. Analysts are even predicting that average house prices may drop up to 8 per cent over the next five years. The warning signs are all there,  buyers may buy now and find that the house price drops and the investment may go into negative equity value. These are difficult times and the new UK Con/Lib alliance government appears so far to be like the last Labor government impotent! Caveat emptor house buyers be aware!

‘Houses looking risky investors will continue moving away from property into more stable investment environments!’
