Flash has always been under a big scrutiny in recent times. Be it the issue with YouTube or Flash 10.1 support for Android. Adobe has started focusing on the privacy concerns. Yes, so far you had Private Browsing in some Web Browsers like IE, Firefox  and Chrome. Hence cookies cannot be revealed by that way. But those who view Flash Content had been vulnerable even in Private Browsing, since the Flash cookies are still accessible.

Browsers still store data during a private browsing session, but they will delete it all at the end of the session. The same will be applicable for Flash private browsing.

Browsers like IE, Firefox and Chrome now will support Flash Player 10.1 private browsing integration.

Now with the latest Flash Player 10.1, content that runs in Flash Player also supports private browsing so that any data that is stored is cleared after the browsing session ends.
