Facebook – Ceglia v Zuckerberg 10-CV-00569 US District Court Western District of New York – Buffalo

New York USA – Tuesday, July 13, 2010 – ShutterVoice – Facebook seems to be in the news a lot lately and that is likely to continue as Paul Ceglia, of Wellsville, New York is suing Facebook and Mark Zuckerberg claiming he owns 84 per cent of Facebook.  And Ceglia came away with the spoils in the first round of court proceedings as the judge ruled in the favor of Ceglia as the judge issued a court order temporarily restricting Facebook from transferring assets.

Round one to Paul Ceglia, what is next, well a spokesman for Facebook said the claims are frivolous and will defend the claims vigorously

We shall see as Paul Ceglia lodged the claim in Palo Alto California. Then Facebook on receipt of the papers transferred the case to New York Buffalo to get the case annulled. Which of course did not happen as the judge has ruled initially in the favor of Paul Ceglia.
