Adobe Flash For iPhone Downloads Most Demanding

iPhone usersSeven million iPhone users have tried to download Flash content according to the latest adobe post in its blog.

An incredible report suggests that over seven million attempts were made by iPhone users to download the player by December 2009, proving the popularity of Flash among the iPhone Users.

Apple’s CEO Steve Jobs has recently claimed Adobe Flash is buggy and HTML5 will take over in the future.  However, Adobe believes that HTML5 would bring compatibility issues which only Flash can recover. Adobe however has recently fixed a 16 month long bug in Flash showing the other side of the coin.

Though Adobe claims that 85% of websites use Flash, it has to be seen whether statistical numbers can push iPhone to start supporting Flash Content.

Adobe also says that many people are surprised about the exclusion of Flash in high end devices like iPhone and iPad, which they think can rectify.
