Apple (iPhone) and BlackBerry’s RIM are being sued by Eastman Kodak for supposedly infringing on the company’s imagining technology. Kodak filed the lawsuit with the US ITC (International Trade Commission) claiming the two phone producing companies have violated Kodak’s patent by using technology which allowed previewing images on their phones’ digital cameras.
Kodak also filed two other separate lawsuits against Apple for other claimed infringements. Kodak may no longer be the force it was in the world of photography but the company did invent the first digital camera in 1975.
