Carl Icahn’s stake in Yahoo only a fifth of what it used to be

Carl Icahn has sold a substantial number of his shares in Yahoo, according to regulatory filings that were made public on Friday.

According to the latest filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the financier and investor has slightly less than 12 million shares in Yahoo, as opposed to 60 million that he held last year.
