Google: Again ranked 4th best place to work

Fortune magazine named Google as the fourth best company to work for in 2010. The search engine giant continues to grow in terms of its business interests with focus on social networking with the launch of Google Buzz, the introduction of Nexus One (an HTC product available through network carrier T-Mobile) and expanding the services of YouTube. However, this is not precisely why Google ranked as fourth on the list.

Google still allows engineers to use up to 20% of their time for concepts and projects of their choice and is openning  doors as it plans to hire thousands of new employees in 2010. The internet giant recently opened a call center to offer phone support for users of the Nexus One who are experiencing problems.
