Lenovo IdeaCentre A300: Experience the difference

"Lenovo-IdeaCentre-A300"Did you take a look at the new Lenovo IdeaCentre A300? Well, the PC’s 21.5 inch screen is somewhat same as an iPhone or an iPad. The Bluetooth peripherals together with the white slim frame add to the aesthetics of Mac. In fact, it can be rightly termed that the A300 is one of the best looking PC that that we have ever seen. However, it is a bit different from the present generation iMac. The entertainment abilities of the system are sweetened by the TV tuner. But as far as performance and features are concerned, the A300 is way behind its competitors. The silver trimmed and glossy 1080p looks stunning. However, this isn’t the only wow inducing element here. A chrome arm connects the screen with the flat, glossy, inch-thick white base section that houses the other components of the A300. The screen is anchored to the PC on the right hand side when opposed to the center. The base is not like the usual rectangle; instead it is something like a trapezoid which is wider on the right hand side.

The slim profile and asymmetrical design are striking, but then, they don’t come without sacrifices. What is more important that the system doesn’t come with an optical drive. This may come as a real shock to those purchasing from Lenovo directly because the product page of the company pushes DVD/CD based software like Quicken, and Office. The restricted space also led Lenovo for using laptop internals for this desktop PC- this is certainly a practice that isn’t uncommon for AIO machines. Some of the plus points of this PC include-

  • Surfing the web
  • Watching videos
  • Executing office tasks

So, if you are seriously planning to go in for something unique, something that would leave your neighbors spellbound then opting for the Lenovo IdeaCentre A300 would be a great decision.

That’s indeed a rocking PC- try it out
