VoIP deal between Verizon Wireless & Skype?

Verizon Wireless and Skype are reportedly going to hold a joint press conference at the Mobile World Congress on February 16.

It is believed that the two companies are set to converge by announcing Skype usage on smartphones running on the wireless network.

This move could be in light of AT&T finally giving in and introducing a Skype iPhone application in their 3G network.
