iPhone App including Cesc Fabregas causing controversy

The growing popularity of the iPhone devices and the exponential growth in the use of Apps by mobile users has reached unprecedented levels. One of the latest iPhone applications has been introduced by Spanish football giants Barcelona in conjunction with sporting brand powerhouse Nike.

The main controversy regarding the App is the fact it contains current Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas as one of the key featured players in the App. Barcelona have confirmed they have no agreement with the player but Arsenal will likely be upset as rumours of his imminent departure from London continue to grow.

The application allows users to view and analyse videos of players such as Fabregas and Barca’s Andres Iniesta. The app contains tips from current Barca Coach Josep Guardiola along with signature moves from the aforementioned Fabregas and Iniesta.
