Twitter has been disrupted access, underwent server crash more than once in the past two weeks. These problems are due to the new Twitter experiment for Timeline caching, which the company assured that they have changed for Twitter to work smoothly. Twitter underwent repeated errors on June 13, almost every half hour with maintenance, scheduled changes. Many Twitter Users also reported of miscount in their tweets and many other irrelevant errors.

Coming back to Twitter Places, its a feature that allows users to tag their messages with a location of their interest and post it in their messages. More importantly, the Places don’t stack up in the 140-character limited Tweet, which means you can still have the tweets going without restriction with the Places beneath it.

When clicked on Places, you will be able to see what others tweet from those locations and you can share it by re tweeting. The Twitter Places feature is expected to be rolled out to 65 countries all over the world within the next week. The Users must watch out for a link which would suggest them to Add Places to their tweets, since Places are turned off by default.

Twitter Places is also available for mobiles and the company is expected to provide more with its API functionality. Amidst the growing maintenance problem and consistent attack by Hackers, Twitter is feeling the pinch.

“Twitter Places will add more interactivity with locations such as restaurant, bars and users can share their tweets with Places”
