Copy the layer by using Ctrl + J from keyboard or selecting duplicate layer from right clicking on it. Then position it on the right below of the first circle and this time fills it with color #ec008c. Set the entire layer’s transparency to 70% to get the proper effect. The previous 2 layers and the next 6 layer’s transparency should be set to the same.

Step 1

Create the third circle just right of the first two by copying any of the layers and setting the color code to #f5989d for it. The circle should be positioned in a way so that 25% of the overlap on each other to create a blossom effect. The fourth circle should be done just opposite to the third circle, left side of the first two circles. The fourth circle should have #4b0049 color code and 70% transparency for the layer as well.

The next is to add the fifth circle to the basic flower shape and enhance the view. The color code for the fifth layer should be set to #ed1c24 and the circle should be added on the right bottom, between the second and fourth circle keeping 25% overlapped on the previous ones. The sixth circle should be positioned directly opposite to the fifth circle with color code of #ed145b and 70% layer transparency. Two more circles should be added to complete the circular flower effect of this logo design. The seventh circle may be created with #9e0039 color code and the eighth circle with #f26d7d both of them positioned on the right sides of the first two circles with 70% transparency effect.
