Chrome OS Saga

Microsoft is going a really rough path with Google, first Google forbade its employees to use Windows Operating System and now they are threatening to take away its nearly monopoly business of operating systems by a heavyweight like Google. Google has announced to develop the Chrome Operating system a long time ago and now is its their time to surprise the technology world with this new operating system which is awaited by millions of Google fans who can’t live a day without clicking through Google.

The new operating system that Google is working on is targeted to portable computers and handhelds only specially for the people who spend a lot of their time with office work and internet along with other multimedia activities. As the name suggests, the operating system will be based on Google’s Chrome Browser and same user interface will be available to experience that was advantage of chrome over the other browsers. The OS will be extremely light on using resources along with kind to power consumption and will be able to deliver and execute lightening fast, one of the main features of chrome Operating System.

The compatibility of the OS will be endurable, most of the running applications will be easily installable to this new operating system, as an example Gmail and Facebook won’t need any new codes to make them chrome compatible that will save a lot of time and energy on both ends. The Browser itself will be enhanced to play videos and other codecs of different filetypes within in.

The exact date of market launch is not announced yet, although it is predicted to be coming at the end of 2010, Google is taking its time for developing to deliver unique experience through this Operating System and expects a great response with this cloud computing based operating system.

We are counting to see a great user friendly Operating System from Google from now on.
