iPhone 4G Feature Revealed

Since Apple is still delaying the official announcement of their next generation iPhone details, it’s only the rumors and news that are keeping the Apple lovers alive. The iPhone 4G had two claimed leaked models till now which is considered to be true as they came with proof pictures but there always debate about the actual features and hardware specification details as none of these two was seen in running condition.

Recently another news evolved confirming the feature of two way video conferencing that is supposed to happen via the front camera the leaked prototype shows and the new 4G network is predicted to make it possible for real time video transmission. Till now only one Smartphone has been announced for similar capability, the Evo 4G from HTC who are making this possible with the Sprint 4G network after it is launched on 4th June 2010.

The problem with two way real time video transmission is the network bandwidth which compels the Wi-Fi based networks to prevent from happening in real-time without lags. But the upcoming 4G network has both the potential and capacity to make this two way video calling possible.

This facility was discovered while debugging Live Firmware of iPhone OS 4, an option was seen there named “Video Calls Debugging” with some sub menus to help in debugging. As the iPhone 4G is supposed to use the iPhone OS 4 hence the idea of the two way video calling or conferencing came into place in user’s mind.

The Apple iPhone 4 is one of the most awaited devices of the year 2010 after iPad and predicted to bring a lot of promise with it including new innovative features, the advanced facility of two way real-time video calling may be one of them.

We will keep you updated with any future news about Apple iPhone 4.

Im not a big user of video calling to be honest. Its pretty important to have a video confrencing feature on new phones of this ‘calibre’ though, just to keep up with the phones around it.

The 4G is one of the best phones yet. Camera is much improved, this was one of the abilities in the past iPhones didn’t have. The camera was always very dull and not much clarity.
