Final version of the Ubuntu 10.04 released

As always, the release of a new version of Ubuntu is released sometime during April and in October hence the code .04 and .10 in all of the Ubuntu versions. The final version of the Ubuntu 10.04 was released on April 29 which is only a couple of days before the new month arises.

A lot of people have been wondering whether it is worth the time to change to a Linux operating system. Some have hesitated with the change while others embraced it with open arms. Year by year, the Linux industry is growing as competitive with the top operating systems such as Windows and Mac.

With this being said and done, we can certainly say that it is worth the effort to change the operating system to Linux and more precisely, Ubuntu. Unlike Mac, transitioning from Windows to Linux isn’t rocket science and in fact, it is surprisingly easy as well. So be sure to check it out, if you are being hesitant, try do it on a virtual PC or on a dual-boot system.
