Mass email marketing may not be suitable for a site’s server

Notice how big companies choose to outsource their email marketing campaigns to other websites that is dedicated on doing so? This may be because they do not want to burden the server of the website as it may affect the performance of the website.

The outcome mentioned above isn’t just the only potential problem. The bigger problem would be if email providers flag the IP address of the server as spam. This in return may cause the search engines to notice and of course may decrease the ranking of the website.

A good way of countering this is by outsourcing it to websites such as MailChimp which is also one of the most famous sites for this particular purpose. Everything is done on their end of the server and not the user’s end so users can be sure that their websites are protected from being flagged as spam.
