Maximizing visitors and customers through Yahoo Answers

We have been experimenting on an online store that sells clothes. We tried Yahoo Answers as a method of getting visitors coming in to the website and had quite a success with it as well. Yahoo Answers gives out highly targeted customers for free and all the user has to do is to put some effort to it.

When we say effort, we mean continuous effort as new questions keep on coming out every day and after a day or two, your previous answers will go unnoticed already. That is why it is important to keep on doing it.

What we did was that we gave advices on fashion and topics related to clothes which were relevant to our website. We focus on questions involving what to wear for prom, casual, etc. and then we try to relate them with the products on our store.

What we saw was that our answers produced 10 visits or more and visitors stayed for roughly a minute or two before bailing out. That was after checking out some of our products. In fact, we had also made a few sales from these people as well.
