HTC is the manufacturer of a vast amount of smartphones may it be powered by Android or Windows Mobile. Recently, with the help of Sprint Nextel, the company released a new product called the HTC Evo 4G.
This particular phone is one of the first few phones that can utilize the 4G network available on the Sprint Nextel carrier. The download speed of a 4G phone is a lot faster as compared with its 3G counterparts.
The Evo 4G is filled with high-end components such as the usage of the best processor for mobile devices, the 1Ghz Snapdragon by Qualcomm. It doesn’t stop there. It is also one of the first few smartphones that has an 8 megapixel camera in addition to a 1.3 megapixel camera for video call purposes.
Its bigger screen (4.3 inches to be exact) allows users to watch videos at HD quality. Like most smartphones with the exception of devices such as the Blackberry Storm, the HTC Evo 4G is also equipped with a Wi-Fi radio allowing users to receive both the 802.11b and 802.11g signals.
This device is run by the Google Android mobile operating system which is also one of the fastest growing mobile OS in the world.
