It will be a big mistake to recognize the device as the competitor of iPad.  It will be a good e-book reader because of the availability of dual screen. 

It is described as the digital journal. It runs in the same OS like the Windows Mobile 7Series and Zune HD.

Pen/Stylus will be the source of input to this device.
