Google planning an App Store

Search engine giant Google is planning an online store which will offer services  related to Google Apps as well as applications from third parties. It is being reported the store will be launched around March of this year.

Currently the company has Google Solutions Marketplace but the site helps users finds apps for professional services and enhancement but then the user gets directed into another website. The move, if it does really occur, appears to be another attempt to challenge Microsoft which dominates business software.

Google has not confirmed or denied these reports.
