Nokia and Apple Trial to Commence 2012

Apple has recently sued Nokia for technology theft and the matter will soon be brought to court. In fact, it isn’t just Apple that is suing Nokia but the Finnish company is also suing Apple for the same reasons. The two companies will be brought to court sometime during 2012.

Nokia is seeking around $1.3 billion worth of loss due to the patent infringement done by Apple. It includes around 10 different patents that were infringed by the United States company. These patents were related to wireless handsets.

In return, Apple decided to countersue Nokia for infringing as many as 13 of its patents. However, the company that was famous for the iPhone decided to take back four different patents while retaining the rest in its countersuit.

It seems like both the company are suing each other for patent infringements. The public will soon know in 2012 the company that will soon emerge as the winner in these legal cases.
