OnLive Pricing Won’t Please All Gamers

With the revealing of a few pricing details by OnLive, the cloud gaming services are looking more and more like an uncertain scheme.

OnLive will be launched on June 17, the price will be around $15 a month and it won’t allow you to play full gamea. You will have to purchase or rent games by paying additional charges

It will surely cost less to play or rent a game since lower distribution cost is promised by OnLive compared to the retail cost. OnLive will face a hard time vying with actual hardware for everyone except the most dedicated gamers

The prospect of renting has raised many queries: How long the Onlive rental will last and how much will it cost? For how many days will we have to rent the games before it becomes practicable to buy it? Will the rental amount get credited to the purchase cost?

Hmm…we have to try it to know it
