Windows 7 to Compete with iPad

After only a few hours when the first advertisement of iPad was out, HP released its new video of the new touch screen tablet, the Slate. Taking an advantage on Apple’s iPad which cannot support Flash, the HP’s Slate will run on Windows 7 operating system and can run on Flash based sites and videos. However the details on pricing and availability haven’t been declared out yet.

The chief Technology Officer for HP’s Personal System Group says that now, people would be getting the browsing experience in the palm of the hand. It has bees stated however, that Slate will be available this year. However, many are still in a belief that iPad since has made its debut in January will be the leader in and the future in web browsing. It is only the time factor that could however determine who will be the future in the web browsing.
