Google introduces its own Public DNS

The search engine giant seems to have a hand in everything related to computer and personal technology as YouTube, Nexus One devices and now the Google Public DNS are all part of the Google empire.

The new and free service will help with the internet’s security while also helping and speeding the web’s performance. Some critics argue this move will help Google to get a better idea about what internet users are doing which can translate into a tighter grip over the web by the search engine giant.
