PS3 Games – Sony Prepares For 3D Gaming

Sony is preparing for the 3D HDTV and 3D programming for the PS3 and PS3 games which will be available in the near future. The PS3 owners will not have to just download a software update to their consoles and they will be able to enjoy the 3D HDTV and 3D enabled PS3 games on their PS3. The world’s biggest blockbuster movie Avatar was also a 3D movie for which the user had to wear 3D glasses in order to watch the movie in 3D mode.

When the 3D programming and 3D TV is launched on PS3 then just like watching Avatar, the user will have to wear 3D glasses and enjoy the 3D HDTV. In order to buy a 3D ready Television, the user will have to invest a lot of money and the previous TV which he owns will be wasted. So the option of upgrading the PS3 to a 3D mode seems to be a better option than buying a whole new television set for watching 3D HDTV.
