Food You Have No Need to Eat Ever Be Aware

Food we all need food and liquid every day no exceptions but what food is best for you, well without a doubt healthy food is the way to a healthy being and lifestyle

So what do you need to avoid eating well that is the easiest thing in the world to tell you start by bypassing every fast food joint in the world period – when we say all we mean all no matter how many times they are advertised in the high street, on TV ads, on internet ads, on billboards et al forget it do not go there and do not eat there!

We are not here to name and disparage the vendors you all know who they are the burger joints. the fried chicken joints, the pizza joints. the donut joints, we could go on and on! It is up to you exercise discipline and control in your diet!

Eat more fruit and fresh vegetables steer clear of all the sugar filled drinks, again you know which ones we are talking about the ones that pile on the weight and are oh so expensive for what they are liquid sugar!
