Motorola trying to stop BlackBerry imports from entering US

Motorola lodged an official complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) claiming RIM (which produces BlackBerry) is infringing on some of its patents by importing and selling smartphones.
Motorola claims RIM uses in the BlackBerry smartphones some early innovations introduced and patented by Motorola such as user interface and Wi-Fi Access.
