HP Slate 500 Is a Perfect Tablet for Business Community

The original HP Slate tablet was a so-so experience for users all over the world. It was outdated in simple words, if you’re looking for an “understandable” term. However, the company didn’t give up and we recently heard a very loud and clear message from them. It’s the HP Slate 500, an all-new tablet that has erased the distinction between crappy and sucky.

HP-Slate-5001Hewlett Packard targeted this device towards the business community. They’re following a nice marketing strategy, with the added benefit of high end specs acting as a plus point. Here’s a little one on one about the new business strategy;

• We do not wish to compete against the iPad. This is to draw a line between the target audience and the Apple fan boys.
• We also think that Apple iPad and Samsung Galaxy tablet is not a worthy choice for a business consumer.

The first strategy may sound a little senile, but the second one is definitely going to pelt HP with a bombardment of criticism. Not because the Slate 500 is a lame piece of equipment, its just that Apple and Galaxy have their loyal fans who’ll get p*ssed off.

As far as the specs go, we think that the Slate 500 has great potential to be a business class device.
