A Full QWERTY keyboard for BlackBerry Pearl 9100?
A replacement keyboard was reportedly spotted for the upcoming BlackBerry Pearl 9100 that shows a full keyboard labeled “OEM Blackberry Pearl 9100 Keyboard Keypad Black.”
This has begun a new flurry on the Internet since regular Pearl gadgets usually come with condensed two letters on each key SureType keyboard.
Reports say that the BlackBerry Pearl 9100 will come in 2 models. One with SureType and the other with QWERTY
The keypad definitely takes a page from the Bold’s book. So it’s quite possible that this keypad is meant for the Dakota that’s been in the news, hosting a QWERTY keyboard, track pad and a SurePress touchscreen.
The additional keys that surround the optical trackpad are placed differently too, rather oriented around the four corners, similar like in Pearl Flip like every other BlackBerry.
But the fact is this is one keyboard none of us has seen before
