The Shark series of Samsung is a collection of mid-ranged handsets that has helped Samsung strengthen their position in the market. There are three phones introduced in the Shark series that offer great functionalities at affordable prices.

The Samsung S5550 Shark 2 is perhaps the best handset in the series. The handset is compact but it still looks a little chubby. By the looks, Samsung has not done much justice and the other phones in the series are better looking than this one. The best thing about Samsung S5550 Shark 2 is that it is a slider phone wit a 5 Mega Pixel camera. It has 106 MB inbuilt memory and extendable memory is available as well. Bluetooth 2.1 gives the phone great connectivity. The battery is Li-Ion 960 mAh that can help in long talks. The hardware of the phone is great but it would have been better with slight changes in the looks.
