Mobile Apps – Skype Now on Symbian Phones

The very famous VoIP application Skype which is used for communicating with each other’s loved ones and friends is now available on Symbian smart phones also. This means that with the help of mobile apps such as Skype, people will be able to be in touch with all of their contacts even when they are on the move. Skype uses a 3G or a wireless broadband connection to make calls and to connect to the internet.

Now people will be able to make a Skype to Skype call to their contact which is free of cost. There is only one condition to make the call which is that the mobile application requires a broadband connection in order to make a successful call. In this way, the person will not be charged with high amount of roaming call charges as he would be making free Skype calls using his new mobile application.
