Vodafone Global Enterprises, which manages the issues of Vodafone’s largest enterprise customers, has announced that they have made a 5-year deal with through which
they will provide Deutsche Post DHL mobile voice and data facilities across 15 countries to grow their business in Asia-pacific region. As per this contract, Vodafone will be providing Vodafone Telecom Management platform to various units of DPDHL including Supply chain, Global Business Services, etc which delivers incorporated processes for configuration, inventory and expense management.
In addition to this, Vodafone has created full vendor management capability in region to provide services as per contract. This service will help DPDHL with minimum vendor complexity that will surely help them to serve best to their customer. Vodafone will also benefit from it as they will get a strong hold in Asia-pacific region as a telecommunication provider to large scale customers.
