Last week, the highly awaited game: Spider Man – Shattered Dimensions was released on all major consoles. I played mine on Xbox 360 and it was equally fun because each version offers the same appeal of your friendly neighborhood Spider Man.
Spider Man – Shattered Dimensions is loaded with:
• Amazing artwork, except for the shiny butt scene where the Black Spider man was shown for the first time.
• You have the freedom of movement, areas are not restricted
• Maps and levels are rekindled and always interesting to play because of spider man’s one liners
• Tantalizing level specific challenges with unique rewards
The game’s story is simple. As Spider Man, you are hanging upside down in a Museum in the middle of the night. Along comes Mysterio, Spider Man’s worst enemy and master illusionist. The globe headed guy is about to steal an ancient template, when spider man tries to stop him.
Bish-Bash, the template breaks into several pieces and scatters across various dimension. Our globe trotter Mysterio vanishes after a maniacal laughing sequence and poof! There appears a size D old lady. Her name is “Madam Web” and she is going to be your guide throughout the game. She tells spider man about the importance of that template and our hero has to assume his own role across various time zones, to recover the pieces.
Spider Man – Shattered Dimensions offers one of the best gameplay modes. You have a wide variety of combos and sick slow-mo moves. I can assure you that you’ll be busy mashing those keys for hours ahead because this game is worth your hard earned pennies.
