The producer of Final Fantasy XIII, Yoshinori Kitase, already has eyes cast on the way the next two instalments of the series will pan out.
The Square Enix head revealed that the outline for FF XV has been discussed, though remaining coy about the direction that it would take.
“We’ve got a few ideas for Final Fantasy XV lined up, but there is no singular aim for where we want the series to go,” Kitase said in the latest issue of Xbox World 360.
“Final Fantasy can go in all directions, each one is very different from the last. The one thing we set out to do is to make sure we tell a story that hasn’t been told before.”
