Do you remember the Apple iPhone 4 antenna issues? Of course you do, I know. When the issue was at its height, CEO Steve Jobs promised a free case to anyone who wanted to have it. It was an interim and the only solution that the company could come up with at that time.
Good news is that from September 30th and onwards, Apple will be releasing new models of iPhone 4. These latest editions will not have any antenna related fancy schmancy thing. Apple is planning to release those models in Mexico first. The Telcel’s Director of Value Added Services – Marco Quatorze said that even users in Mexico encountered the same attenuation issues with the iPhone 4.
Apple will begin supplying revised editions of the iPhone 4 soon. Telcel is offering a number of options to the earliest buyers of the new models of iPhone 4. It is part of their popularity campaign and the discounted price is just a way of making up for the whole “Hey-really-sorry-that-we-stabbed-you-the-first-time” attitude.
Other than that, the rest of the deal is still the same. Either you can pay the full price for the iPhone or you can sign up for the rebate contract that extends for two torturing years.
