iPhone 4 Antenna Issue Is a Non Prevalent Issue

As tech pundits like to say, “The iPhone has been a bone of contention lately because of the antenna related issues”. Let me ask you something, haven’t we seen enough of these issues lately? Why don’t we move ahead and try to do something positive to curb those circulating rants?

For some good reason, research based company – ChangeWave decided to hope on its noble steed and carry out with the task of collecting customer feedback regarding the iPhone 4. ChangeWave’s survey was spread over a period of 2 months because they wanted those iPhone 4 issues to die down a little bit.

The survey results showed that users didn’t dislike the idea of those antenna related issues as much as they despised having AT&T as the mobile carrier. To their surprise, ChangeWave was happy to hear that users thought of the antenna debacle as a non prevalent issue.

As for likes as well as dislikes , the Retina display of the mobile device got the most love, i.e. 49 percent. But it turned out that the survey did not include young people as well as teenagers, which means that one could get even higher figures.

Moreover, the battery life of the handset got a bump when compare it with its predecessors. Last year there were complaints from iphone 3GS owners that the battery life was too short. As for the iPhone 4 battery life, complaints dropped from 15 percent to five percent.

It was reported that only one in five iPhone 4 owners experienced choppy antenna service in their handset. Rest of the gang seemed to be doing okay without any major complaints. As ChangeWave officials like to say:

“Despite the bumpy release, the iPhone 4 is outperforming almost every other smartphone in the industry in terms of overall customer satisfaction.”

In fact, it is hoped that there will be no long-term impact of the success of iPhone 4.
